Creating a Cisco TelePresence Exchange in America, and looking toward a similar European exchange

Cisco's TelePresence version of high-end 'immersive' video is growing rapidly in the US and internationally among research-and-education sites, chiefly at universities. This presentation will explain how National LambdaRail have created an international 'exchange' where R&E Telepresence users can connect to each other, how NLR and Internet2 are using this exchange jointly for all US R&E, and how we *should* architect such exchanges globally for optimal international interconnectivity and functionality.
