On-demand Network Services

The on-demand network services have been in focus of research projects and initiatives for a long time. Although a number of implementations have been delivered, there are still missing gaps and difficulties which prevent a successful deployment of these services on a global scale.

This session summaries different approaches and views on some aspects of on-demand network services for scientific community. The session will highlight key features that drive the development of such services in educational networks.
