The Performing Arts Networking Technology Challenge

The performing arts have been the most unexpected adopters of advanced networks. With highly technical requirements for video, audio, latency, and end-to-end performance, this has become an advanced user community with challenging requirements. Among the most prominent highlights coming from the performing arts is "Polycom Live Music Mode" , "LOLA" , "EchoDamp" and "ConferenceXP". Claudio Allocchio, GARR, and Ann Doyle, Internet2, have been integrally involved in supporting key collaborations and will highlight these exciting opportunities.
